Return & Exchange Window

Since our returns are processed personally by our team, we authorize returns directly through email. Please follow the steps below to complete your return.

How to Initiate a Return

1.Timeframe & Condition ·Please ensure the return is shipped within 7 days of receiving your order.

The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

2.We will review your request in 24 hours, please wait patiently.

3.You’ll need the email address associated with your purchase, or order number. Next, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions. 

4.Please upload the tracking number at the return page after you shipped it back.

After we received the iterm, the refund will be processed.

5.For returns, please ship the items to the following address. To ensure smooth processing, kindly include your order number and a brief note stating the reason for return inside the package.

6.We recommend retaining the shipping receipt and tracking number until your return is confirmed, as this helps resolve any potential delivery issues promptly.

Shipping & Costs

·Change of mind: You cover return shipping costs.

·Our error (e.g., damage, wrong item): We fully cover shipping costs.

·International returns: Customers are responsible for any customs duties incurred.

Refunds

·Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days.

·The amount will be credited to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

Important Notes

·Exceptions: Intimate apparel, personalized items, and final sale goods cannot be returned.
