Orders are processed within 3 business days after being placed(For new products, the processing time may increase).

Free shipping is offered on all orders over $99. Orders under $80 will incur a $10 shipping fee.

If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it:
Contact carrier (e.g., USPS: 800-275-8777) within 48 hours
Forward carrier case ID to Support@emruvio.com for escalation
Order Change/Cancellation
You may cancel your order before your order had been shipped. If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us support@emruvio.com ASAP. You can reply directly to your order confirmation email. If the order hasn't been shipped, we're happy to accommodate you.

If damage is suspected:
Photograph unopened package + shipping label
Email photos to Support@emruvio.com within 24 hours
Do not discard packaging until case resolution.
